HYPERNOVA were commissioned by Harry Handelsman, the Founder and CEO of Manhattan Loft Corporation (Chiltern Firehouse and the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel), to create a digital art film for his most ambitious project to date, Manhattan Loft Gardens.

Designed by architects SOM (Burj Khalifa / One World Trade Centre), it is London’s most expensive skyscraper and was named by The Sunday Times as London’s Sexiest Skyscraper.

 

The vision, to create a vertical community that sets the standard for how future generations live, thrive and prosper in urban environments. It encompasses Loft Apartments, a Boutique Hotel, 3 Sky Gardens, 3 Bars and 2 Restaurants all of which one can seamlessly move between.
