HYPERNOVA were commissioned by Chronomics, a biotech company focused on extending the human healthspan.

Through the use of machine learning, epigentics research and next generation sequencing - terabytes of biological data are analysed to track an individual's changing health and wellbeing. Technology that was re-purposed for the UK government, during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, to deliver a home salvia test for COVID-19.

The brief - create a digital art film visualising the beauty behind the sequencing process, to captivate audiences to learn more about epigentics.

Filming took place between the company's head office in London and Labs in Leiden, The Netherlands.
